3. Your email address
4. Your main contact number
5. Your secondary contact number

For passengers who have completed ticket purchase before this notification, please provide relevant information as early as possible through the original ticket purchase channel or by calling West Pacific Airlines.

We are trying to find a convenient way to transmit the five pieces of information to the relevant departments of the U.S. government.

Before that, you may be asked to fill out paper forms on the flight. We apologize for the inconvenience.
